Category-specific filters for styles, sizes, colors and materials to assist shoppers find the right product on a site with thousands of SKU’s.

To ensure that the new proposed design would deliver the shopping experience desired by the J Brand team, prior to developing the site, a clickable prototype was built in Axure. Male and female user research participants were recruited for in-person, one-on-one testing based on task completion. The user research sessions were video taped and heat map software (Crazy Egg) was used to analyze on-screen desktop behaviors.
